Order Processing Time

All our products are lovingly handmade to order. Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to carefully craft, quality-check, and pack your order before it is dispatched. This processing time does not include the actual shipping transit time.

Shipping Destinations & Transit Times

We are thrilled to ship to addresses within the United States and the European Union. The following carriers and estimated timeframes apply:

• USA: Shipped via USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery 3-7 business days after dispatch.

• EU: Shipped via National Postal Services or DHL. Estimated delivery 5-10 business days after dispatch.
  These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, the total weight of your items, and the selected service level.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey to you.
