Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in our craftsmanship. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at noideadiy@163.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or store credit.

Wrong Item Received

In the rare case you receive the incorrect item, please contact us  at noideadiy@163.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item once the original is returned.
